THE MISSING ROSEDALE. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 21, 9.30 p.m. Sydney, September 21. Furtlier wreckage, identified as belongtog to the Rosedale, has been picked up. All hope is abandoned.

The Rosedale is an iron twin-screw steamer of 275 tons, belonging to the North Coast Steam Navigation Company of New South Wales. She was built in 1877 at Dundee. Smoky Cape is about 220 miles north of Sydney, and about 15 miles south of the Nambricca river, from which the Rosedale sailed for Sydney.
