The Premier (Sir Wilfrid Laurier) was nominated for two constituencies. The Russell County nominations developed a free fight. The ambulance attended the injured. SIR W. LAURIER ELECTED UNOPPOSED. Received 18, 1 a.m. Ottawa, September 17. Sir Wilfrid Laurier was elected unopposed for the Soulanges seat. Mr. Leduc, his Nationalist opponent, withdrew.
