NEW COMPANY FORMED. By Telegraph—Press Association. Christehureh, Last Night. The chairman of the Poerua Gold Mining Company state* that the company's application for 0500 acres of oil and mineral lease, next to the Kotuku Company's property, has been granted. Mr. Sydney Fry, the company's managing director, reports that the area secured is the best in the field.
