AUCKLAND SESSIONS. By Telegraph—Pi ess Association. Auckland, Wednesday. At the Supreme <'()urt, Ivor Thomas, alias .fames Reynolds, on a charge of laise pretences, having many previous convictions, was senteuced to 12 months' imprisonment on each of two charges, and declared an haßtual criminal. ITHE KINGSLAND MURDER CHARGE. Andfland, Wednesday. This'morning Mr. Justice Chapman ordered a third trial in the charge of murder against Mrs. O'Slraughnessy to lake place at the next sessions of the Supreme Court. Herrefused an application for mail. The charges against Jnmes O'Shaughnessju 'Charlotte CampWll and Mary Hasse'll as being accessories after the fact, were also adjourned till next session, bail being refused. MASTERTON DIVORCE CASE. Mastertom, Last Night. At the Supreme Court to-day decrees nisi were granted in the following cases: Harris v. Harris, wife's petition, adultery; Colville v. Colville, wife's petition, desertion; Warner v. Warner, wife's petition, desertion; Groves v. Groves, drunkenness, cruelty and desertion.
