GAZETTED BOUNDARIES.

1 The gazetted boundaries of the Awakino County are as follows: — I NORTH RTDTNC.

AH that airca in the Awakino County bounded towards the north generally bv Kawhia County from the sea to Waitomo County, thence towards the east generally by Waitomo County to the northern" boundary of Puketiti No. 1 block, then towards the south generally iby the said Puketiti No. 1 block to the Aiwakino river, thence across j that river and by the upper Awakino J Valley road and the road forming the southern boundaries of section No. 5, Hook 0, Maungamangero Survey District, and sections Nos. 4 and 5, Wock 8, Wahreorino Survey District, to the Waikawnu road; thence by the said >Scenic Reserve and sections Nos. 3, 2, 1, Hock 7, Wahreorino Survey District and the northern boundary of the last mentioned section produced to the sea, and thence towards the west generally by the sea to the place of commencement. SOUTH R.TDTNG.

AH that area in the Awakino County bounded towards the north thereinafter described from the sea to the Mokati river, thence towards the east and south generally by the Mokau river, and thence towards the west iby the sea to the place of commencement. CENTRAL RTDTNG. All that area in Awakino County ibounded towards the north generally by the North Riding hereinbefore described from the sea to the Waitomo County, thence bv Waitomo County to the Mangaotoki river, thence towards the east generally .bv the Mangaotoki river to its confluence with the Mokau river, thence by the Mokau river to the Waipotepote .stream, thence towards the south bv the Waipotepote stream to the south-eistern boundary of Mahoenni No, 2 block, thence by the south-eastern boundary of that block to grant to J. Houston, thence by the said grant to J. Houston to the Awakino river, th-wo by the Awakino river to the south-western corner of section No. 4. block 5, .Awakino East Survey District, thence 'by section No. 1. block 10, Awakino North Survey District, and sections. Nos. 3 and 1, block fi and the. production of the northern boundary of the last mentioned section to the Mnngnnui river, thence by the Mnngnnni "river to a' point opposite thenorth-eastern. corner, of small grazing run. No. 2 A, thence by ft right line to that corner and bv the said small grazing run to the sea, and towards the west bv th« sen to tb» place of commencement.
