Mr. Healy, commenting at Cork on Mr. Redmond's silence, asserted that the Government had so framed the Parliament Bill as to completely pawn the entire power and machinery of the votes of the Irish party for three years. Ho denied that Ireland would be unable to pay its way under Home Rule.
