Following is the mine manager's report for the week ending September 2, lfl.ll: The development work going north on the George lode has been advanced a further distance of 1 (ift. for the past week. lam pleased to state that the band of country rock referred to in my last report has died out. and the lode is now more defined-, lift of quartz now showing in the face. The values coming to hand for the week have fluctuated slightly, but this is characteristic of this class of country. All the air and water pipes should be ill position by Tuesday, and driving operations in Ihe main level should be resumed on .Monday. The low level oil the volunteer section has been advanced Bft for the week, and the country penetrated still continues the same.
