The first writ a.s an outcome of the Speakership trouble was issued to-day on behalf of Mr. Perry, who claims £IOOO damages for assault against the Speaker and the Sevgeant-at-Arms. The action is the outcome of the Speaker ordering the Sergeant-nt-Amis to Itvins" Mr. Perry back to the House after he had left without making an obeisance.
