ROBBERS DYNAMITE SAFES. By Cable,—Press Association-—Copyright. Received 3, 5.5 p.m. New York, September 3. Three robbers, one a negro, held up the. Southern Pacific southward-bound express, forty miles from Redding, California. They blew open the safes, rilled them, and escaped, accompanied by two other robbers who had ridden on the roof of the car.
