Palmerston N., Last Night At the Supreme t'ourt to-day. before Sir Robert Stn.it, tin; Wellington College Board proceeded against George Allnian and Ada Louisa Allman for the sum of £5(5.) for removing buildings off plaintiffs' land. The defendants had a ease of a section of 4% acres, and built a house, outbuildings, etc. When the lease expired they took the buildmg to another section, as they could not secure a renewal at a reduced recent The case was heard before a jury of four, and a verdict was given for £4OO William Candy sued John William* Bachelor for specific performance regarding an exchange of farms. His Honor reserved judgment.
