WHARF PILLAGING CASES. By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. To-day John Alexander Mclntyrc, the last of th(! four men charged with theft of goods from the Auckland wharf, was placed upon his trial. The case lasted all day, and at 5.30 p.m. the jury retired. At l(i p.m. they returned, the foreman intimating that there was no possibility of their agreeing. The ease will accordingly have to be heard over again.
