A RUNAWAY CHARABANC
TEN PEOPLE KILLED. By Cable—Press Association—Co;- -ight. Received 28, 1.5 a.m. London, August 27. A motor charabanc was conveying 33 choristers near Consett, when the brakes failed, and it dashed downhill at a terrific pace, colliding with a tree. Five men and five women were killed, and two girls are in a precarious state. The remainder were injured.
