SIR JOSEPH WARD.
RUAPEHU'S ARRIVAL DELAYED. By Telegraph—Press' Association. Wellington, Last Night. Sir Joseph Ward sent a wireless message to-night, stating that the Rnapehu is encountering rough and boisterous weather, and will probably not arrive before 10 o'clock on Friday night. The reception committee meets to-morrow to discuss what alterations will be necessary in the reception arrangements.
