BON. T. McKENZIE'S SEAT. ! By Telegraph—Press Association, i Dunedin, Laat Night. A meeting was held' tit Mosgiel tonight to consider the question of the abolition of the Taieri electorate. After discusßiwi, it was decided to urge the member for the electorate, the Hon. T. HcKenzie, to endeavor to have legislation enacted providing that the South Island representation should remain aa formerly, and thai the North Island should have representation on the same population basis. A committee was formed to draw up a petition to Parliament on the matter. An objection will '? also be forwarded to the Boundan- Commissioners. ■'
