Sir Wilfrid Laurier is touring Quebec, and is, vigorously supporting the Reciprocity Bill, but is avoiding to a large extent. discussion on the navy question, which his French-Canadian opponents largely oppose. The Opposition leader, Mr. Borden, is gaining a large vote in Ontario, where the annexation possibilities are strongly resented.
