COMPANY LAW. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Thursday. In a reserved judgment Mr. Riddell, S.M., held that the North Island Brewery Convpany, the Patea Shipping Company, Nelson, Moa.te and Co., and. the Rakanui Hall Company, had committed technical breaches of the Companios Act in not forwarding certain returns to the Registrar. Fines of Is with 28s costs were imposed.
