Fititfoy ratepayers decided yesterday, by an overwhelming majority, to merge tlie Kitzroy town district in the borough of Xew Plymouth. A majority in favor of it was expected, the recent Town Board election having indicat"d the trend of publfi feeling, hut only the very sanguine ones were prepared for a majority of neari.v two to one.
