The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., have received the following cablegram from th('ir London house under date August 2, 1911: Tallow.—We quote present spot values for the following descriptions: Good mutton 34s 6d per cwt., good beef 325, mixed 29s fld. The market is inactive. Wheat—We have sold an Australian cargo at 34s c.i.f. The market is firm but inactive. American market is not likely to improve at present.
