MR. HENNIKER HEATON.
PRESENTATION FROM THE COLONIES. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. London, August 4. In presenting Mr. Ilenniker Heaton with an illuminated address on behalf of sixteen Australian and New Zealand banks on the completion of penny postage, the Lord Mayor, at the Mansion House, said this great boon was due very largely to Mr. Beaton's energy, pluck, and indomitable industry. Mr. Heaton, acknowledging the address, said he hoped to be spared to see penny postage and penny-a-word cables universal throughout the world.
