ARBITRATION TREATIES
AMERICA, BRITAIN AND FRANCE. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Washington, August 2. Arrangements for the Anglo-American arbitration treaty have been completed. Mr. Brycfe, British Ambassador, is en route here to sign on Britain's behalf. The French treaty will be despatched to Paris by special messenger. Mr. Taft expects to submit both treaties to Congress before the session ends.
