EXPLOSION OF GELIGNITE
THREE MEN SERIOUSLY INJURED. By Telegraph—Press Association. Nelson, Last Night. By an accidental explosion of gelignite at the CI ay bank cutting, ten miles from Murchisoii,, W. Sewcll, Woodham andDavid Sewell were seriously injured. William Sewell was ramming home the last plug, while David Sewell was preparing anotlher. When tamping the stick an took place, the stick •being blown into W. Sewell's face and body, making large wounds. There are no details as to the present condition of the sufferers.
