Whatever the state of the parties then it is expected that Mr. Wade, Leader of the Opposition, will again move a censure motion, in order to determine the personnel of the partieß. Mr. Neilsen has formally resigned. It is not intended to fill the vacancy until Mr. McGowen's return. The by-elections will be bitterly fought. The leaders of both sides are preparing an active campaign.
