Butter.—The market is firm, with a hardening tendency on account of the drought. Australian 102s, Danish 1225, Siberian 110s. New Zealand second-class quality stored 108?. lC.hec.se. —The market is steady, with very good demand nt last quotations. Colored (lis. white COs. TTemp.—The market is very quiet, and nothing doing. New Zealand good fair on spot £2l. fair grade £2O. fair current Manila £2l: .luly-September same price. The output from Manila, for tile week was 23.000 bales. Cocksfoot Seed.--The market is dull, but holders are linn. For New Zealand seed, on account of small supply. I cannot quote. Continental and American crop* ore reported heavy, and of good quality.
