MR. JUSTICE HIGGINS' DEFENCE. By Cable —Press Association—Copyright Received 25,-9.30 p.m. Melbourne, July 24. In the Commonwealth Arbitration Court Mr. Justice Higgins made a slashing reply to Mr. Waddell's recent criticisms in the Assembly. Mr. Justice Higgins declared, amongst other things, that Mr. Wftddell said he was not a just judge, and there was no man who had ever disgraced his position more.
