London "Truth" publishes, this week a long totter from the solicitors of Sir John Kindlay, Attorney-General of New Zealand, m> re-ply to that paper's criticism of the conduct of Sir John Findlay in connection with the Moka.ii ease. They contend that the criticisms of "Truth" were .wholly unjustified, and after setting forth the facts thev conclude thus:—"ft is surely impossible to addliee stronger evidence than this thai the charges made against our client by Mr. Jones, and reflected in the articles in your paper, ought never to have been made, and we feel sure that on havinjr your attention specifically called to the facts above set .forth, von will see that those articles, in so far as they reflect on Sir John Find-lay's conduct/are unjustified, and will at once withdraw the imputaitiouK you have made againiA him." ,
