MUTINEERS PUNISHED. Received 18, 10.10 p.m. Berlin, July 18. The Appellate Court-martial at the North Sea naval station sentenced six gunners and some five others to six years' imprisonment for mutiny and assaulting a warrant officer.
THE CZAR IN FINLAND. Received 10, 12.25 a.m. St. Petersburg, July 18. The Czar, for the first time since his accession, landed on the mainland of Finland and made excursions in the Fredrickshamn vicinity with the Czaritsa and their children.
MILLAVORKERS* HOUSES WRECKED. Received 19, 12.25 a.m. London, July 18. Fifty summonses have been issued for wrecWng millworkers' houses at Green Castle, Belfast. The garrison is confined to their barracks.
THE EGYPTIAN POLICY. Received 19, 12.25 a.m. London, July 18. Radical members of the House of Commons and the Foreign Affairs Committee have decided to urge the Government to maintain the late Sir Eldon Gorst's progressive policy in Egypt.
