EVIDENCE AT THE ENQUIRY. By Cable—Press Association—-Copyright. Uew York, July 13. Captain Fnria, of the wrecked steamer Santa Rosa, at the official enquiry at San Francisco, stated that he gave orders that all be summoned on deck when reaching Point Arguello. The orders were not complied with. The fault was apparently the second mate's, who was drowned while rescuing passengers. The third mate said that he believed the current carried the steamar out of her course.
