The Irish Nationalists are asking Mr. Lloyd-George to concede a separate Irish insurance fund, with separate commissioners, separate administration, the elimination of medical benefit, smaller contributions from employers and employed, and that the minimum membership of an approved society be 500.
RETURNED UNOPPOSED. London, July 13. Mr. Donelan, the Nationalists' whip, was returned unopposed for East Wicklow. The election was caused by Mr. Muldoon retiring in Mr. Donelan's favor. "NO SURRENDER." London, July 13. Lord Selborno, at tho United Club, delivered an energetic speech against surrender to the Veto Bill.
