MASTERTON COMPETITIONS. By Telegraph—Press Association. Masterton, Last Night. The musical and elocutionary competitions were continued to-day, when there was a decided improvement in the audience. The hall was packed to-night, and all the available seats in the dresscircle have been reserved for the final concert ■ to-morrow night.
