The second round of the ladies' championships resulted as follows:—Seniors: Miss Stephenson beat Miss Bewley, 3 up and 2; Miss Percy Smith beat Miss Read, 3 up and 2; Mrs. Pa ton beat Mrs. Johns, 1 up; Miss Brewster beat Mrs. Jones. 7 up and 5. Juniors: Mrs. Hutton beat Mrs. Whetl.-T. 2 up and 1; Miss Saxton beat Mrs. Haslam, 1 up at the 10th hole;. Mis'; Glasgow beat Miss W. Webster, 4 up and 2; Miss Glasgow beat Miss Loris Fitzherbert 3 up and 2. NGAMOTU v. TARAHUA. The following will represent the Ngamotu Golf Club in a match with tho Tnrahiift Club at the Ngamotu links this afternoon:—Ladies; Mrs. Johns, Mrs. Jones, Miss Glasgow, Mrs. Glasgow.
