AN IRATE FATHER.
PRESENTS A REVOLVER AT HIS SON-IN-LAW. ' By Telegraph—Press Association. , Auckland, Monday. Michael Luther, a resident of Onehunga, called at the residence of his son-in-law, W. Bcthell, and demanded to see hw daughter. Some words; passed, and then Luther, it is alleged, produced a revolver and pointed it at Bethel], The latter rushed for the door, followed! by Luther, and a struggle ensued, in which Bethell disarmed his assailant. The cries of the females in the house drew a great crowd, and the police appearing, arrested Luther and also took possession of a revolver with four live cartridges, one of which bore evidence tlwt it had been struck by the hammer.
