Grey announced that the arbitration treaty between the U.S.A. and Britain would shortly be signed. r Received 8, 12.30 a.m. Washington, July 7. r Messrs. Brycc and Knox have signed the first schedule of the Arbitration Treaty. Certain Anglo-American pecuniary claims, with the terms of their submission to arbitration, are in accordance, with the terms of the agreement signed last August. A conference was subsequently held to consider details of the proposed arbitration treaty, which will be completed in time to present to Congress for ratii fication.
