EMIGRANTS FOR AUSTRALIA
ADVICE FROM PREMIER. By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright London, July 5. Messrs. McOowen and Coghlan and other Australians inspected the Rangitira, which is carrying 800 immigrants to New South Wales, many being the wives and families of previous immigrants. The. vessel also carries 250 settlers for West Australia, who have been nominated. Mr. McOowen addressed them, and wished them prosperity in their new homes, and advised them what to do when they reached Sydney.
