Foster has so far taken 5G wickets at an average of 20 runs each. Againat Hampshire, Lancashire scored 621, including Spooner 180. Fosl.t, Strudwick and Ilobbs have accepted the invitation to join the Mary ione team for Australia. OXFORD v. CAMBRIDGE. London, July 4. In th# University match, the Cambridge first innings closed for 217. Le Coulour took three wickets for 80 runs. Oxford, in the. second innings, scored 328, leaving Cambridge 315 to win. GOOD SCORING. Received 5, 9.30 p.m. London, July 5. Lancashire scored 670 for seven wickets, and won the match by an innings and 455 runs.
