A TIP FOR THE " ' i. By Cable.—'Presfe Association.—Copyright London, July 4. George Lucid has been sentenced tit the Old Bailey to seven years' imprisonment for bigamy. Letters numbering 2700 were found in his lodgings, showing that he had been corresponding with 42 women simultaneously. He obtained £ISOO from one woman. Mr. Justice Rintoul said he hoped the suffragettes would change the law and make the offence of bigamy one for flogging. . '' **
