TRIBUTE TO THE LATE MR SEDDON. By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright London, July 3. Lord Plunket, in his speech at the luncheon of the Dominion's Dreadnought on Friday, paid a tribute to Mr. Richard Seddon's services to the Empire. Seventy New Zealanders, who were guests of the British Empire League, witnessed the launching, and afterwards visited the Trossachs.
