THE TERRITORIALS.

OFFICERS AND CHURCH SERVICES. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wanganui, Last Night. At a meeting of the Waaganui Ministers' Association tfiis afternoon, it was resolved, that this association has good reasons for requesting the Minister for Defence to instruct the officers of Territorials that when orders are issued for church parades it is a violation* of the regulations for an officer in his Majesty's uniform to request a company to follow him to his own church, and to make disparaging remarks concerning other divine services that are being held at the same time in the town or district. The association also entered a protest against the appointment of denominational territorial cadets.
