The I weather was a decided improvement on that of the previous day, although still cold end threatening. The sura of £i)sßo was put through ihe totalisator, against £6056 for the second day of last year, making £19,0(54 for the meeting, or £O9OB more than for 1010. Results:'

Brooklands Hack Handicap, six fur-longs.—-Moutoa Girl (C. Price)' 1, Golden Age 2, Loch Mabcn 3. Also started: Perceler, Amaru, Bransfield, Esmeh, and iSotith-East. Won easily by a clear length. Time, lmin 25 4-ssee. Waiohiki Hack Hurdles, one and a half miles.—Donzel (D. Watt) 1, Tina Toa 2, 'Polynicea 3. Ateo started: 801 l in, v>,rral, Euroco, Merrio Valet, Boyne Water, and Fond Memory. Won by four lengths. Time, 3min 5 4-ssec.

Winter Oats Handicap, seven furlongs. —Projectile (H. Gray) 1, San Pluie 2, Humming Bird 3. Also started: Sir Frisco, Amato, Starboard, Seaweed, Separation, and Remissness. Won by a length and a half, two lengths between second and third. Time, lmin 4 l-ssee. Park Steeplechase, about two and a half miles.—Hoanga (Rangi Thompson) 1, Lingerer 2, Rosegrove 3. Also started: Sardonyx. Rosegrove lost his rider and Lingerer enmb down, but both horses were remounted. At the finish Hoana was a length ahead, the same distance between second and third. Time, 6min IS l-s«ec.

Ladies' Bracelet, one mile.—Scots Fusilier (Mr. A. Hyde) 1, Fusilea 2, Goldfinch 3. Also started: Te Whetu, Eiya, Tenierite, Golden Clasp, Monsieur Soult, Onslow Park, Amphora, and Water o' Milk. Won easily by eight lengths, six lengths between second and third. Time, linan 58 l-ssec.

I Psraite Hurdles Handicap, one and three-quarter miles—D'Nil (R. Thompson) 1, Windage t t Tina Toa 3. Also started: St. Albert, To Ru. Won by two lengths, twenty lengths between second and third. Time, 3min 39 l-ssec. Newstead Hack Handicap, seven furlongs—Otahu (C. Price) 1, Fuss 2 Stourton 3. Also started: Gold Battery' Composed. Turqueena, and Fleet Week Won anyhow by six lengths, two lengths between second and third. Time, lmin 41 t-ssec.
