WHOLESALE LIQUOR.
LICENSE .REFUSED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The Wellington Committee to-day refused the renewal of n'wholesale license to A. K. Sennit* on the grounds (1) that the licensee ban sold quantities of liquor/ of less than two gallons at one time to one person, and (2) that the licensee had supplied liquor in largo quantities to a person convicted of selling liquor without licence, and hud kept no record, by name, of these sales in his books. The license consequently terminates on June 30 (to-morrow). The Committee was unanimous in its decision.
