OUTBREAK AT SYDENHAM. By Teiegpapk—Press Association. Christchurch, Friday. A five-roomed house in Sydenham, occupied by Mrs. Kate Nixon, was destroyed by fire. The building was insured for £3OO, and the furniture for .CIOO in the Royal Office. • OUTBREAK IN CHRISTCHURCH. Christchurch, Last Night. Premises in High street, ocupied by Mrs. Louisa Champion, trading as Watt and Co., costume makers, were gutted by fire to-night, and the stock and fittings destroyed. The premises were owned by Mrs. Hunter Brown, of Nelson. The insurances are unascertainable. Watt and Co.'s stock and fittings were insured in the Alliance Oltice for £llsO.
