The Unionist leaders ot botli Houses have decided that the Unionists in the House of Lords shall insist on amendments excluding from the operation of the Parliament Bill proposals involving Home Rule or other constitutional changes. After these amendments have been rejected in the House of Commons they will be re-voted in the House of.
