In the West Ham election the judges decided that Mr. Masterman's election agent was guilty of corrupt practices in knowingly having returned untrue election expenses. Judgment will be given to-morrow. AUSTRIAN ELECTION RIOT, Vienna, June 19. During election riots at Drohobyezz, Galicia, the crowd stoned the military, who replied with a volley, eight rioters being killed.
