THE CORONATION.
THE WEATHER IN LONDON. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright London, June 10. After a long spell of perfect weather there have been heavy rainstorms in London, and the weather is now unsettled. There are great crowds in the streets gazing at the decorations. Large crowds have gathered at Victoria station to witness the arrival of missions. The Duke and Duchess of Connaught received the Crown Princes and Princesses of Grtmany and Greece and the Prince Consort of the Netherlands.
SYDNEY PREPARATIONS. Sydney, June 20. Preparations for the Coronation illuminations and decorations are beiuz pushed feverishly forward. Many private firms will join the State Government and City Council in extensive illuminations. A feature will be the non-illumination of the Federal Buildings. The only Commonwealth illuminations will be at Melbourne Parliament House. CATHOLICS AND THE CORONATION. Received 20. 9.20 p.m. Sydney, June 20. For the Coronation on Thursday St. Mary's Catholic Cathedral will ring a full peal, necessitating 5040 enanges, which will occupy three and a half hours.
