MOVEMENT FOR UNION. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Received 21, 1.5 a.m. Washington, June 20. Advices state that there is a department movement for the union of tlie five South American republics. The nationality is not stated, but it is believed that the idea is to form the union on the lines of the original South American Grand Republic. A conference will probably be held at Caracas in July.
