They arc dissatisfied with the Wages Board award of £2 8s weekly, demanding £3. The trade is at a standstill. CATHOLICS AND THE KING. Received 20, 2.5 a.m. Sydney, Last Night. Cardinal Moran says the statement that Roman Catholics are prohibited from praying for the Sovereign is absolutely untrue. ' He hoped the Catholic celebrations of the Coronation will compare favorably with that of any other denomination.
NEW. BLOOD FOR AUSTRALIA. Received 20, 2.5 a.m. Sydney, Last Night. The Scottish Agricultural Commissioners have written stating that already a large number have started for Australia as a result of the Commissioners' report.
