FURTHER FATALITIES. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Paris, June 18. Lieutenant Princeteau, who was intending to start to-day in the Paris-Brussels-London race, was practising on a Bleriot aeroplane at Issy, when the machine fell and burst into flames. The lieutenant was charred! beyond recognition. Princeteau, in the presence of his brother, made superhuman efforts while crawling to escape from the wreckage, but the smoke suffocated him. The flames were so fierce that the machine could not be approached. Dalger, a third competitor, was severely injured at Soissons. Lemartin, another competitor, on a Bleriot, dashed into a tree, with fatal results, tlie accident being attributed to a faulty propeller.
FLYING OVER TOWNS. The Hague, June 18. Owing to General Berteaux's death the municipality has prohibited the passage of aeroplanes and, airships over the capital. A SMART FLIGHT. Received 20, 12.40 a.m. Brussels, June 19. Vidart monoplaned from Paris :o Liege, 208 miles, in 2 hr. 29 min. 54 sec. Vedrines and Weyman arrived within four hours, and'four others arrived later.
