It is semi-oflicially slated that Kmcger, an cx-n.aval constructor, lias been sentenced to three mouths' imprisonment in a fortress for having cated to Britain details of the armament of German Dreadnoughts. The court took into consideration the fact that the State had not been injured thereby. It is understood unofficially that Kmeger, aftnr leaving the service, joined an Angle-American company and communicated the details it required before tendering for the supply of machinery.
