ARMISTICE <;I!AXTKD. By Cable—Press Association —Copyright Received 15, 0.35 p.m. Constantinople, June 15. The Sultan has granted a day's armistice to the Albanian insurgents to surrender their arms. If they comply they will secure immunity from judicial proceedings. The Sultan has granted £•200,000 towards the reconstruction of the homes destroyed by the military operations.
