A conversazione was lielc! in the evening. at which propaganda speeches were delivered by prominent leaders. Mr. Wesley Spragg presided. Among the speakers were the Hon. G. Fowlds (Minister of Education), Mrs. Barton (a social reform worker from Glasgow), and the Tiev. A. Dewdney (chairman 01 the Alliance Executive). The convention will continue in the morning.
