TARAHUA CLUB. The thrower was only permitted a preliminary run when delivering the ball from the tee, tnrough the green the balance had to be delivered from where it landed. On the putting green he was allowed to roll the ball towards the hole. After a most interesting contest the game finished all square 42, made up as follows: -i.irowev, ;>, 4, 4; 5, 4, 0, 3, 6, 5—42. Golfer, 5, 3, 4, 4, 4, 5, 7, (1, 4—42. The bogey score for the round was 39.
